Yes it is brand new from the factory.
Is there warranty?
Yes it comes with a 12 months warranty against manufacturing defects. Our service centre is in the UK to serve any warranty needs.
What if I have a problem with the washer?
If there is a fault with the washer in the warranty period we will arrange for it to be collected and brought back to our workshop for it to be repaired and sent back to you.
Does it need oil?
Yes you need to put normal engine oil into the oil sump. Oil is available from petrol stations and we also sell it so can be added to your order.
How much does delivery cost?
Mainland UK delivery is free.
How long does delivery take?
Orders received before 1pm are usually sent the same day. Orders received after 1pm are sent the next day. So if you ordered on Monday afternoon it would be sent on Tuesday. We do not send or deliver on the weekends so orders placed over the weekend will be sent on Monday. Due to the size of this item it is sent via Palletways courier that takes 2-3 days for most of the UK.

Great company to deal with: I needed a new petrol pressure washer and came across Miller & Mason with a simple Google search. I liked what I saw, so made a purchase. It arrived within 2 working days and I’m super pleased with the product. A partial build out of the box took me 20 minutes and when fuelled and oil added, it started 1st pull and worked flawlessly. My only minor gripe is that it didn’t come with any oil, it only needs 500ml so it’s not too much to ask, but I reckon it may be a shipping thing!! Overall though I’m really pleased with everything and I would wholeheartedly recommend them.
